Wycombe got a dream start against League Two strugglers Lincoln City but failed
capitalise the opponents who fought back from a goal down twice to share the points at Adams
Park.
Wycombe took the lead after just 48 seconds, Kevin Betsy with the goal for the home side who
looked comfortable on the ball in every area of the pitch, until Mustapha Carayol scored a
spectacular equaliser for the Imps in the 21st minute, Lincoln's first away goal in four games.

It's looking all the more likely that Wycombe midfielder John Mousinho is on his way to
Stevenage. The press in Buckinghamshire have announced that Mousinho has rejected a new contract at
Adams Park and that it is an "open secret" to who his next club will be.
I posted on here a couple of weeks back that Boro were one of the clubs looking into signing
Mousinho as he was stalling on signing a new deal at Wycombe.
John Mousinho has completed his expected move to Stevenage from Wycombe Wanderers and joined the
lads today as they began their preparations for the new season at their Shephalbury training
complex. The Amersham born midfielder has signed a two year deal with the Hertfordshire club and
adds more competition into an already busy looking midfield.
Wycombe Wanderers are a professional soccer team currently playing English League Two
football, having been relegated from League One last season.
The Clubs Stadium is named Adams Park and is situated in High Wycombe London. The
Stadiums Current Capacity is 10,284, with an average attendance
of just over 5,000 per game.
Wycombe got off to a flier as they bid to make a swift return to League One after
relegation last season. Gary Waddock's men beat promotion rivals Morecambe 2-0 at Adams Park to
cement their position as promotion favourites this season.
Morecambe who reached the Play-Offs last season were no match for the Chairboys who took the
lead from the penalty spot after midfielder Matt Bloomfield was fouled by
Morecambe's Chris Shuker in the 35th minute, Wycombe striker Scott Rendell stepped up and fired
Wycombe in front.
There was to be no fairytale run in the Carling Cup for Wycombe unlike their run in
2006/07 when they were eventually beaten in the Semi-Finals by Chelsea. It was newly promoted
Championship side Millwall who spoiled the Wycombe party knocking them out at the first hurdle 2-1
after extra-time.
Wycombe finally got their second win of the season at the ninth attempt of asking
beating Barnet 4-2 tonight at Adams Park.
Wycombe raced into a 3-0 lead before the interval with a brace from Adam
Sandell on 19 and 41 minutes, while Lewis Montrose was also on target for
the home side scoring in the 24th minute leaving the Wycombe fans in dreamland.
Wycombe Wanderers have revealed how Yoga has helped the Club to their six game
Unbeaten Run.
Midfielder Matt Bloomfield (26) seems to be a big fan of the new regime explaining: "It was a
bit of a laugh to start with. But it took a few lads by surprise just how tough it is.
Wycombe's 6 Game Unbeaten Run came to an end today when fellow League Two title
chasers Chesterfield came away fro Adams Park with all 3 points which could prove vital come
may.
The game began brightly for the Chairboys as they commanded the game in every department but in
the 27th minute, Chesterfields Craig Davies gave the visitors the lead totally against the run of
play with only their first meaningful attack, a lead they kept for the remainder of the half.
Former Wycombe manager Peter Taylor returned for the first time to Adams Park with his
Bradford side looking to claim all three points but they ended up leaving with their tails between
their legs after Wycombe midfielder Kevin Betsy secured the points for Wycombe with 8 minutes
remaining.
