According to Colin Tattum at the Birmingham Mail, Birmingham are considering
going after Wigan Athletic's £8 million-rated footballer Charles
N'Zogbia.
Tattum also gave a bunch of updates for their other possible transactions:
- It does not appear likely that they will pry Adam Johnson away from
Middlesbrough
- They still remain in the hunt for Schalke 04 striker Kevin
Kuranyi
- Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic seems set to join
AC Milan in the summer
- Striker Kevin Phillips is attracting interest from
Middlesbrough
Well, we certainly banished those Boxing Day blues against Scunthorpe but unfortunately amongst
all the post match excitement we must have had a few too many turkey sandwiches because the players
once again let themselves down against Barnsley. So much for turning a corner and accelerating on
