Last week, U.S. defender Heather Mitts invited anyone on the WNT who was interested, to attend a free Yoga session at the Green Yogi in Manhattan Beach. Seems that Mitts made friends with an instructor there (who like Mitts, happens to be from Cincinnati) and she offered to lead the U.S. WNT through a session of vinyasa yoga.

One thing we've heard all winter long out of Denver is that Gary Smith would be re-doing a good portion of his roster. Currently we are waiting on one trade to finalize between the Rapids and New England Revolution but for now we can discuss one trade that is final.
