The royal penis is clean, er, perhaps not as big as those ads had led us to believe...
If your Italian is not so good, the story is as follows: Elena Di Cioccio, a reporter for Silvio
Berlusconi's Uno station (yes, Berlusconi also owns AC Milan, Beckham's current home), wanted to
see if Becks was really packing Dirk Diggler-heat downstairs, as all those pants ads suggest.
Rafa surely ready to reject massive bids!

Inter Milan are preparing a bid for Steven Gerrard should Liverpool fail to qualify for
the Champions League.
AC Milan fans get the Armani ad live-show AC Milan are certainly getting their money's-worth out of
David Beckham. Just his second match for the club and he is already performing an on-pitch
striptease. Away from the underwear department, it was another fine display from Becks as he
grabbed an assist in a 3-0 win over Juventus.
Steven Gerrard is ready to quit Liverpool in his desperate search for trophies.
The Kop captain is considering leaving this summer for a £30m move – with Real Madrid the likely
destination – as the team struggles under Rafa Benitez.
Steven Gerrard is increasingly concerned at the direction his club is moving and is worried they
are losing touch with major clubs at home and abroad.
Last week Daryl offered up his 10 Footballers Who Defined The Decade you may remember it as the
post featuring that stunningly cinematic photo of Figo, Zidane and Ronaldo 1.0 looking back on the
oh-oh's and the footballers who made it what it was. They weren't all the best players of the
decade [.

First of all picking the best La Liga transfer of the 2009/2010 season is like being the judge
of a swimsuit competition. There are so many wonderful choices that could be potentially made
and such great "assets" for each talented contestant. But what would be the fun in not picking
anyone at all?
If I told you Rino Gattuso opened a shop near Milan and asked you to guess what kind of shop it
is, the smart guess would be one that sells various weapons, torture devices, and rabies
medication.
Well, Rino actually did have a grand opening for his new shop in the town of Gallarate, which
was attended by thousands of people including Davey Becks and Ronaldinho.

The January transfer window is traditionally a slow-moving affair, carried along on a sea of
exciting rumours that never come to anything, unless you have the money to pay the slightly higher
fees you expect half way through a season when contracts seem more secure. For that reason, one of
the more surprising rumours surrounding Man City has actually come to fruitition.
Think back to to 2006... it was a good year for Philippe Senderos. The young centre-half, whom
Arsene had signed way back in 2002 when he was a coveted prospect, started half of the club's
league matches and became a regular in central defense as Sol Campbell neared the end of the first
part of his Arsenal career.
Question: do you think any of the people in this picture other than Clint Dempsey will make Bobby
Blue Eyes' World Cup squad? I've thought about it and I honestly don't know. I think Jose Torres
has the best shot followed by Run-DMB, providing he stays healthy and hot at Rangers.
After that it's a crapshoot at best.

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has confirmed his interest in AC Milan
midfielder Mathieu Flamini and Fernando Gago of Real Madrid.
Poor David Beckham. The second he temporarily relocates to Milan for the winter, the United States
of America turns on him. First there's actor Mark Wahlberg (of sweary "The Depated" fame) who's not
happy with the paparazzi-fest Beckham has brought to his street. "Man, the Beckhams. It used to be
so quiet on my road.

Former Arsenal star and current Seattle Sounders FC Designated Player Freddie Ljungberg is being
courted by a number of clubs in Italy, according to reports emerging from the country in recent
days. One of the clubs that is openly chasing the former Swedish international is Serie A
strugglers Livorno, who have allegedly contacted David Beckham in Milan to get his opinion on
Ljungberg's current form.

You take on Silvio Berlusconi at your peril he runs Italy, after all but clearly The Matrix
doesn't care about offending his nation's leader, as he pulled on a Berlusconi mask after Inter's
2-0 win over Milan:
Ballsy. Just watch as Marco has a nasty moped 'accident' this summer.
Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has revealed that the most memorable match which he has ever watched
as a football fan was Liverpool's epic Champions League final victory against AC Milan in 2005.
The 22-year-old Gunner recalled how Rafael Benitez's side battled back from a 3-0 deficit at
half-time to take the match to extra time before eventually sealing the game in a dramatic penalty
shootout.
Yes it's been more than two weeks since the announcement was made here on MLS Talk, but as the
old saying goes, better late than never. To my colleauge Kartik Krishnaiyer may I say
congratulations on your hard work and dedication to the game here in the United States for your
current position with the new North American Soccer League (N.

Some of these fall into the "if money was no object category" and others are more realistic and
do not require us to spend money we don't have, ala Portsmouth, and hell some wouldn't cost a penny
(if we ask nicely)!

Davey Becks made his first start back for AC Milan tonight in their 5-2 win over Genoa. Clearly,
the league missed him a great deal.

If Landon Donovan is to silence his critics once and for all, now is the time.
After a week of adjusting to life in England and training with Everton, Donovan has a chance to
make his much-awaited Premiership debut when the Toffees visit Arsenal and Emirates Stadium this
weekend.
Regulars around here have already seen super strikes from Dempsey, Pienaar, Maccarone and Sneijder
this week, so they're not included today...Let's start off with AC Milan scissor kicker Marco
Boriello.Valencia defender Carlos Marchena goes on the attack like he means it.I have to admit that
I was wrong.
MLS Daily readers have voted Jozy Altidore the American player most likely to be the biggest star
on the global soccer scene five years from now. The Villarreal forward who is currently on loan to
Premier League club Hull City received 25% of the vote; his biggest competition came from the two
Americans currently suiting up for Everton – Landon Donovan (19%) and Tim Howard (17%).

Here's the hottest transfer gossip to dribble off presses this morning...
Gerrard catches up on a little light Reading
Rumour No. 1: One of those 'sources close to/someone in our office reckons'
stories has surfaced this morning as, according to The Daily Star, Liverpool captain
Steven Gerrard has one eye on the exit door at Anfield.
In the past few days, a rumor has been circulating that claims English midfielder David Beckham is
planning to announce his retirement from professional football immediately following the 2010 World
Cup. The resulting speculation has prompted the Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder, currently in his
second loan stint to AC Milan, to emphatically dismiss the report, stating that he intends to
finish out his contract with Major League Soccer.
Sneaky Gennaro! We should have seen this coming from the man who eats US $73,000
snails. It was only a matter of time before your Gangsta Gattuso followed this act up by opening up
"Gattuso e Bianchi", a fish (and all things seafood related) restaurant
in the Varese province (north of Milan) with his friend, Andrea Bianchi.
Sorry, couldn't resist the story below. And if Beckham insists on doing this sort of thing as he
did in a game earlier this month against Juventus, who can blame excitable Italian women for, um,
indiscriminately grabbing things. (AP Photo).
MILAN (AP) -- An Italian television channel has apologized for a prank in which a
female presenter attempted to grab David Beckham between the legs.
AC Milan coach Leonardo believes Sunday night's Milan derby could not have come at a better time
for his side.
Roma and Juventus will both be rooting for Milan. They clash 24 hours earlier in Turin with
third place up for grabs.
The Turin outfit are two points behind Roma and desperate to return to winning ways having lost
four of their last five games.
Thumbs up from Ganso but not for Manchester City
Santos players Neymar and Paulo Henrique Ganso could end up as part of the deal
that brings Robinho back to the Vila Belmiro. But midfielder Paulo Henrique has already said that
he's not keen on heading to northwest England.
At #96 on the list is a daisycutting beauty from Vladimir Smicer in the greatest ever Champions
League Final against AC Milan in 2004-2005. Down 0-3 at halftime due to goals from Paulo Maldini
and Hernan Crespo (2), Liverpool were genuinely and realistically only hoping not to get
slaughtered in the second half.
According to Arsenal's official website, Arsenal boss Arsene
Wenger is not going after AC Milan striker Klaas-Jan
Huntelaar. Wenger said,
"No [I am not in for him]," said the manager. "I am surprised he never plays but he is not on
our radar .
That's the question that is being asked by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
Despite seeing his Premier League counterparts lose, Wenger believes that a victory for the Red
Devils would have proven beneficial to the Gunners in the grand scheme of things.
"I'd have preferred United to have won," the Frenchman said, according to The Sun.
Jose Mourinho completed the deal that has Goran Pandev joining the Italian champions. Inter
picked up where they left off this past summer and made another signing to strengthen their
Champions League chances.
It was a free transfer and Inter signed the Macedonian to a four and a half year deal.
