Once again the U.S. and Canada is the post-season and pre-season destination of choice for the
top European and South American teams. Some of the eams that have announced that they will tour
North America this summer are Liverpool, AS Roma, Chelsea, Valencia, AC Milan, PSG, Real Madrid,
Aston Villa and Spurs.
The Grifo Cup USA 2010 is being played July 30th-August 2nd 2010. This is a class "A" tournament
for boys Under 12 through Under 17.
All Federation's sanctioned league passes are accepted. The Grifo cup is presented by the United
Grifos, OSA Soccer Academy and Scuola Calcio, Italian Premier Soccer School.
Poland head coach Franciszek Smuda has called on 23 players for the upcoming friendlies against
the United States and Ecuador as his side continues their preparations as co-hosts of the 2012
European Championship.
The squad is led up top by Euzebiusz Smolarek, whose 19 goals in 45 international games include
six in 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying - the second most in Europe - and eight in qualifying for the
2008 European Championship.
Poland manager Franciszek Smuda has named his 23-man squad for the October friendlies against the
