Michael Boxell is one of the many left on the boards for the Supplemental Draft tomorrow.
No, no, I won't be doing a mock draft for the Supplemental draft which takes place tomorrow.
That's just silly now. What isn't as silly is teams filling out the rest of their rosters to make
way for the return of the MLS Reserve division with this draft.
Kilmarnock v Celtic 2011 20 April, 2011- 20/4/11 Final score:- Kilmarnock v Celtic 0-4 ( Kris
Commons*2, Gary Hooper, Anthony Stokes) Celtic emulate Rangers' 4-0 win over Dundee United by
thrashing Kilmarnock 4-0 away from home in the SPL. A brace from Kris Commons along with a goal
each for Gary Hooper and Anthony Stokes.
Liverpool's need for a left back is inching them closer to proposing a loan move for Manchester
City defender Wayne Bridge.
The Reds are short of options in that part of the field having seen Emiliano Insua, Paul Konchesky,
Fabio Aurelio and Glen Johnson all turn out in that position to differing levels of success over
the past two years.
Aberdeen notch another victory on the bedpost as they beat Caley 2-0 away from home. The Brox
revolution continues at Pittodrie, as a revitalised team finally start picking up points and
putting in the sorts of performances missing for so long. Has the corner finally been turned?

All around the globe, soccer clubs are nearing the end of their pre-season and looking towards the
2011-2012 campaign. Trinidad's 1st division club, T&T Highlanders FC is no different. We profiled
them earlier this year in an installment of the Eat Soccer News Page. This is the first year for
the T&T Highlanders, and we caught up with their owner, James Baird to find out more about their 3
ingredients for success this season.
Celtic's 1-0 away win over Aberdeen was marred by Celt's defender Emilio Izaguirre
breaking a leg at Pittodrie, however the challenge from the Dons player was fair, Anthony
Stokes was the goal hero in the second half.
Carlos Bocanegra and Maurice Edu continued their winning streak away from home as they beat ten-man
Aberdeen away from home.
From the Guardian The Joy of Six: Training-ground set-piece goals From Ernie Hunt's classic to a
magic Matt Le Tissier moment, here are half a dozen goals created on the training ground
Watching La Tissier was a great treat during the 90′s, and that's the same timeframe

It's often said that Matthew Le Tissier didn't make the most of his sublime talent, though only by
the clumpish and irritating.
Hope everyone is recovering from the disgustingly addictive drug that is transfer deadline day.
I'm just about over the disappointment that neither Chelsea or Liverpool thought I was worth a
punt. The agent is being sacked today.
Taking slightly longer to recover from the news that Hibs have signed a striker.
Alliteration XI: F
The goalkeeping position in the "F side" is a battle between Newcastle owned Celtic loanee
Fraser Forster and Blackburn keeper and loanee to half the Football League Frank
Fielding. I've opted for Forster.
Schalke 04 centre-half Frank Fahrenhorst plays alongside former Villareal &
Argentina defender Fabricio Fuentes in the centre half positions with Sturm Graz's
Ferdinand Feldhofer and former West German international Franco
Foda (and now Feldhofer's manager at Sturm Graz) on both flanks.
Maurice Edu has had a very under-the-radar type season. His numbers, four goals and one assist, are
pretty pedestrian but his presence cannot be ignored. He's done a tremendous job controlling the
midfield this season and proved his mettle last week by playing efficiently during both Ranger
wins.
With little other than a couple of play-off spots still to be settled in the Scottish Football
League, keep an eye out this afternoon for the big game of the day on this side of the border the
Buckie Thistle v Deveronvale title decider in the Highland League. It's come down to top v second
in the final game, with two points separating them.
Pittodrie. A cold (I suspect it was cold, it usually is) October afternoon in 1998. Scotland are
enduring one of their periodic clashes with the Faroe Islands.
A 2-0 lead, the goals from Craig Burley and Billy Dodds, had lasted from the cusp of half time
until the 79th minute.
At that stage Craig Brown chose to introduce our latest forgotten Scotland player.
Do our footballers ever ruminate on how a modern Scotland can persuade the rest of the world that
it is embracing innovation and shifting away from our old "tartan and shortbread" image?
Probably not.
But at least one star of yesteryear is probably immensely relaxed about the nostalgic power of
plaid and a unleavened biscuit phenomenon.
Not technically the Fringe this one. Rather the Edinburgh International Book Festival in the
capital's posh Charlotte Square.
The stars: Stuart Donald, author of
On Fire with Fergie, and Daniel Gray, writer of
Stramash: Tackling Scotland's Towns and Teams.
The format will be familiar with anyone who has visited the annual orgy of literature before.
All the talk has finally finished and while the conjecture over who may or may not be joining
Spurs will go on for another couple of weeks, our season finally gets under way at Tynecastle
tonight.
While Spurs may be favourites to win over two legs, former Hearts boss and current Spurs coach Joe
Jordan says the team will not underestimate their Scottish opponents.
The phrase "European competition" had a somewhat redundant feel to it this evening, after
Tottenham Hotpur cruised to a comfortable win against Heart of Midlothian at Tynecastle in a match
that felt at times like a training match for the visitors from the Premier League. It was a match
that might, under a certain light, have had the feel of a possible surprise on the cards.

Snippets from a radio interview on Wednesday night seemed to offer a glimpse of the dualism of
Craig Brown's career.
First there was the promise of a new signing at the start of next week. An English Premier League
player no less, set to feature in the FA Cup this weekend before moving north on loan.

Was it really only a couple of months ago that Aberdeen and Celtic met in Glasgow and produced the
SPL's most one sided result?
That 9-0 walloping seems a long time ago now.
It's hard to claim that Celtic have enjoyed a regal procession to the top of the league since then.
They haven't, there has been the odd faltering step along the way.
Kris Commons took just five minutes to open his Celtic account with a goal in
his teams 4-1 demolition of Aberdeen in the CIS Insurance Cup Semi-Finals.
Goals to follow..
And to think Kris Commons could have been making his Rangers debut today. Or not, depending on who
you believe.
Whether Rangers were seriously in contention for Commons or not is neither here nor there. For now
Walter Smith makes do with what he's got.
The aim will be to dispatch Motherwell with much the same insouciance as Celtic managed against
Aberdeen yesterday.
Ah, an otherwise nondescript mid-week fixture is made more interesting by the fact that Aberdeen
have, in recent seasons, gotten into the habit of poaching Motherwell's staff. A compliment, if you
ask me, but quite possibly not the way in which tonight's visitors from North Lanarkshire see it.
So, in the week when Motherwell put up as much resistance to the Huns as the French Army did during
World War 2, can we expect a backlash?
Unlucky 13, as the case may be. The morning (or, more accurately, the late afternoon) after the day
before finds Inside Left with a footballing hangover that both shames and irritates in equal
measures. Humble pie is on the menu. Humble pie with an extra helping of humble.

All fairly run of the mill stuff after an SPL midweek clash.
One word from a dozen managers to sum up the SPL this weekend:

Peter Houston: "Cruel."

A wonder goal from Nikica Jelavic helped Maurice Edu and Rangers earn another big road win versus

Maurice Edu took his normal spot in the starting eleven and Rangers took three points in a 1-0 win
