Six. That's the number of days left in the January transfer window, probably the most spectacularly
unexciting transfer window we can recall. Aye we know, credit crunch and all that, but still, we
wish something would just .... happen.
There's a pretty busy four days of football coming up in Scotland. The fourth round of the Scottish
Cup takes place between Saturday and Tuesday and, as well as all that, there's some domestic league
action down in the Second and Third divisions too. Up in the Highland League there are five games
scheduled but, like all of the games planned, whether any or all of these go ahead depends very
much on the weather.
The weather may have gotten the better of the Scottish Cup games at Forfar, Brechin and Inverurie,
but there was plenty of action in the other fixtures taking place. We round up the Scottish Cup
action with the reports from the various club sites (where possible) and some nice pictures.

Scotland so far .
To hell with ‘fair and balanced reporting', we're so thrilled at the win at Pittodrie
yesterday that it's impossible to write this without a hint of gloating or bias. So, to para-quote
