Snoop Dogg performed at Manchester Apollo for Orange RockCorps last night and took to the stage
wearing his pal Rio Ferdinand's United shirt.
Rio met up with Snoop earlier in the day and gave him a shirt to perform in.
Rumour has it that we'll see Snoop making a cameo appearance on Coronation Street too.
Remember when 50 Cent was kind of a big deal? Remember when he was kind of a big deal and brought
TiTi onstage with him in Paris and the whole place lost their collective French sh*t? This is kinda
like that except 50 switches the location to Rio and the special guest to Ronaldinho; surprisingly,
Brazil does not lose it's sh*t.
This would have been brilliant in 2005. It's 50 Cent (or 38.6 Cent, as most Europeans call him)
performing on stage in Rio de Janeiro, introducing none other than Ronaldinho as his special
guest.
In 2010 it just seems a little odd. Ronaldinho takes the stage to what sounds like a very
lukewarm introduction from the Rio crowd, waves his arms around a bit and then disappears.

Forgive me but I'm going to take a moment to pimp my own work from the day job. I know, I know.
It's tacky and tiring to bring my work home with me but honestly how often do I do it? About as
often as Mista scores in league play so c'mon, let some sh*t slide.
So what's so great that I have to bring it up here?

In which Sunderland's Ghanaian striker, who is set to make his debut at Wigan this weekend, aims
to become one of the first ever footballers to rap on record and not look like a total dick. 'Baby
Jet' (Gyan's alter ego) just about gets away with it:
Castro is Ghana's 50 Cent, so I hear.

"We made a decision simply because he gets terrible abuse here. We don't want to subject him to
that."
David Moyes
"Maybe he (Fergie) was making sure everybody realises that if you play for Manchester United,
you have to conduct yourself in a manner and our football club doesn't really care who you
are.
