famous by the Dutch.It's the preferred formation of many managers but not a formation that is
always easy to employ without the right talent.
Formation is a subject where everyone has an opinion, and everyone has a bias, mainly because
it's so important. Every England debate since 66 has featured formation. Teams have one with
diamonds, Christmas tree's, MW's, and all sorts, so we can understand that it is not the formation
that wins trophies, but the teams adaptability and comfort with these tactics.
