NEWS: Man remanded after Southend murder

A Southend man, charged with murdering an elderly woman from the town, has been remanded in custody.
88 year old Rosina Waller was found dead in Johnstone Road in Thorpe Bay on New Year's Day. A post mortem revealed she had died from head injuries.
34 year old Hassan Salahi from Cunningham Close in Shoeburyness is also accused of attempted murder, causing grevious bodily harm with intent and aggravated burglary.

So the move appears to be on. Although not fully confirmed by the club yet, it appears that after coming through 45 minutes for the reserves last night, Sol Campbell is once again an Arsenal player. It is almost as surprising as the first time he signed back in 2001, and shows a flexibility to transfer dealings that many thought Wenger was incapable of.

Our Harry is praising Arsene Wenger in his column in The Sun, for having completed a good bit of business with his re-signing of Sol Campbell.

Obviously Redknapp is a big admirer of Campbell, having worked with him at Portsmouth. He even admitted that he would have signed him in the summer, had he been working at any other club than Tottenham.
