Barry Zito, a starting pitcher for the San Francisco Giants, was in a car accident on Wednesday in West Hollywood. The accident, which took place on Sunset Plaza Drive and Sunset Boulevard, sent Zito to the hospital. Thankfully, he was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center shortly after he was examined.
