Its been a long while since I updated this projected order, mainly because I knew there would be a
slew of trades that would come down to shake up this order. And let's be honest, we've seen plenty
of deals this year that included draft picks. With Monday's trade deadline looming, I figured we

I suppose it is never too early to start looking ahead to next January's SuperDraft. I've started
compiling a list of what should be the projected order in that draft. I will continue to update
this list up until the official list is released by the league (probably a couple weeks before the

Just as we all expected, today FC Dallas traded for recently turned pro Bruno Guarda from Colorado.
Guarda was placed in a special weighted lottery last week and the Rapids won it. Guarda returns
back to Dallas to play for his former college coach now with the MLS side. I do think Dallas gave

Crazy couple of hours here but I did just some confirmation that FC Dallas has traded for striker
Jeff Cunningham from Toronto FC in exchange for a third round pick in next year's SuperDraft. Its a
deal that I've discussed for weeks now and it finally come to a conclusion. I will admit I thought

Kansas City Wizards have traded for Colorado striker Herculez Gomez today according to the Denver
Post. Colorado will ship the 26-year old Gomez to KC in exchange for a forth round pick in the 2009
MLS SuperDraft and first-round pick in the '09 supplemental draft as well as undisclosed amount of
money.
