Utah police have confirmed that Jeret Peterson has committed suicide. Jeret Peterson is best known for winning a silver medal in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. However, he has had issues over the years.

Jeret Peterson's most publicized incident came at the 2006 Winter Olympics. In those Olympics, Jeret Peterson was kicked out following a drunken celebration that ended in an altercation.
