Chelsea are expected (by the press and hopefully me) to announce the signing of Kevin De Bruyne for a fee of around £8.5m and immediately loan him back to Genk for the remainder of the season.
I have to say this is a fantastic deal for Chelsea as it seems that Genk have lowered the valuation of the exciting winger from £12m to £8.
