Liverpool-Kop writer Joe Rimmer believes it's about time somebody praised the job that 'managing
director' Christian Purslow has done since he arrived at Liverpool in June 2009.

Criticise the Americans all you want, but the one thing they seem to have done well since they
arrived from across the pond is to increase the commercial value of the club.
Former Manchester United player, Danny Webber, reckons he has no regrets about leaving the club
for Watford in 2003 after spending 11 years with us.
Now aged 27, Webber now plays for Portsmouth.
"I don't look back. Leaving United was my choice. I know a lot of people expected me to stay
around the place but I made my choice.
Ryan Giggs is rolling back the years. He is going to be 36 in November. But like Benjamin
Button, he seems like he is only getting younger. You would think we someone as good him, he can't
