In an interview, David Beckham recounted a humorous story about his son. At a recent get together
with his LA Galaxy teammates, Brooklyn made and American to British English faux pas. Apparently,
Brooklyn was doodling and asked his father for sone rubbers. Beckham's teammates were very puzzled
by the child's request for condoms.
Any one who follows Mario Balotelli's career knows his slogan, "Why Always Me?" Well some English
rapper was inspired by this and has now penned a song about him. The Italian striker decide to take
advantage of this situation by creating a t-shirt with the help of Umbro. The proceeds of the shirt
will go to a charity of Balotelli's choice and the song will be featured in an upcoming campaign.

This by far is one of my favorite footballer tweets of all time. I liked that Van Persie shared the
fact his son Shaq could kick his butt on FIFA 2012. We're pretty sure its the only way his son
can beat him.
Why do Spanish players insist on letting their hair get so long and stringy? I get that Latin men
like long hair, yada, yada, yada. Let's face it: long hair on men only works if you have a thick
mop of luxurious hair. There isn't a time where Cesc Fabregas doesn't look awful because of his
moppy mess of hair.
For the football fan who has everything:That's right a Lego flash drive replica of your favorite
World Cup players! We'll take ten please.
Arjen Robben and his wife attended the GQ Germany's Man of the Year Awards. The Dutch player was
won the International Sportsman of The Year. The Bayern Munich player attended the ceremonies with
his wife pictured above.
One very creative LA Galaxy fan must have gotten the thrill of their life, when Landon Donovan
retweeted this. Kudos for their superior jack-o-latern carving skills. Happy Halloween from the
12th Man Blog.
Hidetoshi Nakata is getting more press after his retirement than he did during his whole entire
career. For those of you who don't know, Nakata is one of Asia's most famous footballers. In 1995,
he started his career with Bellmare Hiratsuka, now called Shonan Bellmare. During his time in the J
League, he won the Asian Football the Asian Football Confederation Player of the Year award in 1997
USMNT player Carlos Bocanegra poses for Pepsi Max campaign. The Californian native posted this

Move over Tim Howard, ESPN's new soccer hottie is none other than Hope Solo. Miss Solo has stripped
for ESPN Magazine's body issue. I am sure the USWNT is going to get a few more fans after this
spread. Enjoy. Hope Solo is the US Women's National Team's goalkeeper.
Barcelona FC's Cesc Fabregas for Puma.
We would love to thank Landon Donovan for tweeting this. Its not every day you get to see pictures
of your favorite MLS players from when they were young. Don't you just love the fact he played for
the Rough Riders? We're sure Teddy Roosevelt and DMX would be proud.
Barcelona FC's Gerard Pique let's off a little steam by going to the shooting range. The World
Cup winner is seen here with what looks to be an AK47. Talk about bringing the big guns out!
Mario Balotelli has done it again. He has manage to make a bigger fool of himself by disrespecting
Los Angeles Galaxy fans in a friendly with his current club, Manchester City. It's a miracle he is
still playing for this side or that Robert Mancini hasn't encouraged mafia Italian fans to deal
with him, if you know what we're saying.
