The match was played over 3 periods of 40 minutes, with both managers making plenty of
substitutions throughout the game.

Thai Port were involved in yet another goal-fest this afternoon, as they continued their 2011
pre-season campaign with a trip to Iron Bull Stadium to face Bangkok FC. The home side managed to
edge out their more illustrious Thai Premier League opponents by four goals to three.
THAI PORT STARTING XI : 39.
Thai Port started their 2011 pre-season campaign with a 6-3 win over Ang Thong at Ang Thong
Municipal Stadium. Details are a bit sketchy, but I believe that Steven Robb played some part in
the game, and that Jacob Aikhionbare, Teerawut Sanphan & Sarawut Kongjareon each scored twice.
Teerawut (pic below) played plenty of games for Port in the 2009 season, including a substitute
appearance in the FA Cup Final, so it came as a surprise when he was loaned to Trang for the 2010
season.
Thailand's U23 Olympic squad overcame their Malaysian counterparts by two goals to one in a
friendly match at Rajamangala Stadium on Thursday evening. Both managers used the game to take a
look at their players ahead of the 2012 Olympic qualifying campaign that begins later in the
year.
Chayanan Phombuppha put the Thais in front after a quarter of an hour, a lead they held until the
71st minute when Ibrahim scored for the visitors.
Former St Mirren winger Steven Robb (pictured below) has completed the formalities of his transfer
to Thai Port. The Scot is believed to have penned a two-year deal at PAT Stadium.
Elsewhere, promising youngster Issarapong Lilakorn is set to be sold by the club, with several
teams showing interest in the Khon Kaen born striker.
Thai Port have announced that two more players have joined the club. Midfielder Thongchai
Keunkuntod (right of pic) arrives from Thai Honda on a two-year contract, while ex Bangkok Bank and
Krung Thai Bank defender Tada Keelalay (left of pic) joins from Chanthaburi on a one-year deal.
There is still no confirmation that we have signed Ekkapoom Pohtarungroj or Steven Robb.
Thai Port manager Sasom Pobpraserd has told TLO that Moudourou Swa-Moise has returned to training
with club and will sign a new two-year contract very soon.
