In a 38 game Premier League season, it is really difficult to decide the turning points which
ultimately have led to Chelsea being Champions of England. But I'll try to do my best in putting up
a list which I think you will also agree with. It has been yet another season where there have been
dramatic late goals, comeback wins and more importantly wins against teams in the top four.
