My friends at VoucherCodes alerted me to a 1/2 price deal on tickets for the Fulham v. Burnley
match at Craven Cottage on February 9th. Â Looks like a winner.
£15 for an adult ticket and juniors under 16 get in for only £5.
It's about time. Â Admittedly I am a fan of the game, but what better entertainment could you
get for the money?

Here's my take on it:
Wishing peace on Earth and good will toward all men (and women) Happy holidays to all
I read someone pointing to soccer and exclaiming "Dios existe!" but I leave such epiphanies to
each of my friends as they may find them.

If you're like me and play too much, you might owe your Mom a pair of these for Christmas. Also
useful if you aren't ready to pop the question to your girlfriend, or if you are married and need
to make a few points.
If you are married, face it: you need to earn a few points. Can you tell I have given these
before?

The look of the player on the pitch, a skilled & fiery workhorse, captures the fan'sÂ
imagination, but what follows?
Few goals, lots of whining, a desire to quit.
If this was said about Carlos Tevez in relation to Manchester United you might take pause to
consider if he was done wrong and has a grevience.

This is Fabio
At least that's what Manchester United is saying.
Sir Alex Ferguson played both twin Brazilian brothers, Rafael & Fabio Silva, in their Carling
Cup match against Barnsley. En route to winning, Rafael fouled Jamal Campbell-Ryce and earned
himself a yellow card; however Referee Chris Foy put brother Fabio in the book.

For the love of football!
This looks like too much fun. Â What footballer wouldn't want to have a go at a game like
this?
Play Guitar Hero by kicking soccer balls against a warehouse wall? Â The scale of this takes
video gaming to another level, and looks silly fun. Â It would take a handful of good footballers
and some practice to manage a decent score, but wouldn't it be a blast to try?

Here's a short video tribute to Charlie Davies who was seriously injured in a car crash this

Numerologists will tell you that the date 9-9-09 is special. Â Sounds a bit far fetched, but
maybe strikers believe it.

World Cup qualifying games over the last weekend have set the race to qualify in the CONCACAF
group on a knife's edge.
The top 3 teams qualify for the World Cup and at this point no team is a safe bet to qualify,
as it's neck and neck among the top four teams. Â The fourth place team does get a last chance to
qualify by playing a home and away against the 5th place team in South America qualifying.

see who is doing well as the European season gets under way. Â Here's a snapshot, see the link

Is this Rooney's year? As of today Wayne Rooney has 4 goals in 4 league games for his club, and 10
goals for 9 games including cup play and internatioanl games. Â That's a scoring rate one would not
expect Rooney to maintain, historically speaking. If you have read the football pundits about Wayne
Rooney in any of the last several years, it will have been hard to avoid glowing characterisations
of his football.
