When Chivas USA acquired midfielder Gabriel Farfan on Tuesday in a trade with the Philadelphia Union, it was a move that probably didn't mean much to many outside of those who closely follow Los Rojiblancos, but the addition of Farfan did mean something to one current member of the Red-and-White's roster and that would be one Eric Avila, a former midfielder for FC Dallas.
