To say there's been a lot of soccer is a huge understatement! It's been awesome with all of the
many soccer leagues, tournaments, etc. the Women's world Cup has also started. I'll keep you up to

Coach Ryan kept his amazing women in line, once again! I am sooooooo excited for the Women's World
Cup to start soon. The U.S. Women's team stands head and shoulders above all the rest of the world.
If they don't win it all, it will because they messed up. I honestly don't think any other teams
can play with them when they are running on all cylinders.

Sorry for the delay, folks. I didn't even log on until very late for my blog game. I never even
attempted to get Messenger on, today. This humidity is making it even worse. Have you ever been
stuck in a funk? I am with this weather,work, and life in general. Are these dog days over, yet?

In recent news, Freddy Adu has been transferred to the Portuguese Benfica team for $2 million.
Although Freddy has had issues with his coaches in the MLS and problems with media expectations, he
has still proven himself to have glimpses of brilliance on the pitch. The 18-year-old captain's the
U.S. under 20 team, and looked good playing with that bunch of kids.

You know, this went pretty much as I expected it. I was actually a bit disappointed with the
coaching staff of the Galaxy. They put David Beckham onto the pitch before he was fully recovered,
thus exposing him for further injury. He almost became injured worse, too. Of course, the rumors
began flying about others coming over to the MLS.
