TUKWILA, Wash. — Perhaps the most notable tidbit to come out of the first official day of Seattle Sounders preseason was about a player who isn't currently with the team.

Coming off a sophomore season in which Jordan Morris slumped from 12 goals to three while battling injury and moving between forward and midfielder, head coach Brian Schmetzer said stability is the goal.
