In England itself they prefer a one-syllable pronunciation [yull]. Although a two-syllable variant is legitimate too: [yuell].

Jeffrey de Visscher (Hol.)
The Dutch "sch", as has been said many times, breaks apart into [s] and [h]: [viss-her].
