Is Riquelme Well Equipped For The Premiership?

So as the Transfer window comes to a close this week I can't help think of what the hell is going on with Juan Roman Riquelme? His club Villarreal have no interest in keeping him, Boca Juniors who had him on loan last season for 5 Months apparently no longer want him permanently.
