Heinze Denied Move to Liverpool

A Premier League arbitration panel sided with Manchester United, and will not allow Argentinian defender Gabriel Heinze to transfer to hated rivals Liverpool. Heinze will be allowed to transfer to an international club, but the august 31st deadline for such a move is rapidly approaching.


It's worthy of noting that the last time a player was transferred between the two clubs was in 1964.
