Adu's Benfica Transfer on Hold!
Apparently the MLS was getting $2 M for the young player, but Benfica and MLS could not agree on
terms just yet, so Adu stays in Real Salt Crap. Â I think $2 M is a more appropriate number than
$7M, since Adu has really not done much since he has been in the MLS. Â It is true that he had a
great U20 World Cup, but he was overshadowed by tons of other great players that are dominant in
their home leagues.
