U.S. edges Brazil, wins Group D

OTTAWA (Ticker) - Josmer Altidore made America proud.
Altidore scored two goals as the United States secured its third consecutive first-place finish in Group D with a 2-1 triumph over Brazil in FIFA Under-20 World Cup action on Friday.
Coupled with Poland's 1-1 draw against South Korea, the U.S. sealed the top record in Group D, remaining unbeaten at 2-0-1 for the second straight time.
