Liverpool extend Carlsberg deal
From FoxSports: Liverpool have confirmed that their sponsorship agreement with Carlsberg has been
extended until 2010.
The new deal is for three seasons, believed to be for around £8million a season (16 million USD),
and further extends the longest club partnership in the Premier League. Carlsberg first sponsored
Liverpool in 1992.
Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry said: "The Carlsberg and Liverpool partnership is one of the
longest and most successful in football, based on trust and mutual respect.
