Wenger's New Offer Spells Desperation For Arsenal

Arsenal is now offering Arsene Wenger a £25,000 a week pay raise, a £30 million purse for summer spending and a clause that would release him next year if he chooses to leave (dailymail.co.uk). The pay raise would increase Wenger's weekly earnings to £75,000 (a 50% pay raise).
