"It's a natural turnover of guys that happens at clubs. It's not just the guys who have been here a while. It's getting the right chemistry and the right salary cap and getting the situation where everyone fits into the puzzle and the team is going to be good. We are looking at other players at the moment. We're trying to make the right moves. I feel for the guys who have had to play 90 minutes of every single game we've had.
