Two teams playing out the string on the 2012 season produced an entertaining match on Saturday night as the Rapids defeated Chivas USA 2-0 at the Home Depot Center.

Martin Rivero and Kamani Hill found the back of the net in the first half and the defense proved stout in the second half as the Rapids earned a shutout on the road.
