Michael Carrick and Ryan Giggs haven't made the trip to Cluj because they are suffering with a virus. Carrick was initially ruled out but after Giggs and Scholes reported they felt rough too, they were sent home from Carrington. Ferguson suggested that Scholes wouldn't have been playing anyway after playing 90 minutes against Spurs on Saturday.
