Peter Nowak's sometimes tumultuous 2 ½ years as head coach of the Philadelphia Union came to an end when he was fired in June, but fresh accusations have raised serious questions about his time with the club.

Less than two months after his dismissal, Nowak filed a lawsuit against the Union for wrongful termination.
