The Portland Timbers announced their fall community grants to eight deserving organizations, but they also issued a call to their fans to give back to the area at large. Stand Together Week 2012 has over 40 different projects that need volunteers to perform varying tasks, and folks that register get a chance to work alongside Timbers players, alumni ambassadors, employees or even Timber Joey.
