With co-hosts Poland 1-0 down and pushing for an equalizer to rob the Czech Republic of a place in the quarters in the dying seconds of the game, Kuba Blaszczykowski pinged a shot past Petr Cech that appeared to be heading in at the the far post only for Czech left-back Michal Kadlec to arch his spine and pull off a heroic 'swan dive' goal-line clearance to keep his country at Euro 2012 with pretty much the last touch of the game.
