Mick McCarthy sacked by Wolves #mccarthyforengland
Wolves have confirmed they have sacked manager Mick McCarthy. A 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Black Country rivals West Brom proved to be the final nail in the under-fire boss' coffin. A statement on the Wolves website read: "Wolves have today announced that manager, Mick McCarthy, has left the Club with immediate effect.
