Union purchase Torres' full rights, keep eye on future while aiming to build winner

The Philadelphia Union have a plan, and they're sticking to it.
The club purchased the full rights to 20-year-old Colombian midfielder Roger Torres from America de Cali, which had been loaning him to the Union for the last two seasons.
