QPR boss reveals recipe for City glory
Former Manchester City manager Mark Hughes has told the Premier League leaders that his Queens Park Rangers side can help them claim the Barclays Premier League title if they loan out-of-favor striker Carlos Tevez to the West London outfit.
Hughes has entered the bidding for Tevez's services after the links to both Milan clubs, PSG, and most recently, even Liverpool, broke down without significant progress.
