Ode to Wes
Both immovable object and unstoppable force, allowing nothing to knock him off course in pursuit of the ball no matter the cost and never conceding the battle as lost. Over ninety minutes or nine hard years, through promotion joy and play-off tears, no one gave more than this fellow fan, the local boy we watched grow to a man.
