U.S. Open Cup Changes Official: Sounders Open Play On May 29

The long-rumored changes to the U.S. Open Cup format are now official. The biggest changes have to do with all 32 pro teams gaining entry into the main draw, bringing the total field to 64 teams. MLS teams will start play in the third round on May 29.
