Steve Clarke selects rival keeper over Reina as 'No 1 in England''. Is he right?

Many Liverpool fans believe that Pepe Reina is currently the best goalkeeper in England, Kenny Dalglish's assistant Steve Clarke clearly doesn't agree. In an interview on LFC TV last night, Clarke was previewing today's Carling Cup semi-final first leg, and he inadvertently admitted that he believes Reina is behind City keeper Joe Hart in the overall quality stakes.
