SPANISH FOOTBALL THE BEST BY THE IFFHS

The FIFA backed "International Federation of Football Statistics & History" (IFFHS) has endorsed SPANISH FOOTBALL as having the "Best League in the World". The organization has released its yearly Top 10 list with Spanish Football holding the top spot. Surprising to see Brazil so high, while traditionally strong Leagues like the Italian & German are relatively low placed.
