Nutrition 101
Jurgen Klinsmann and the coaching staff are using the time in training camp to provide different tools and information to help the players in their professional development both on and off the field. One of the main areas of focus has been on proper nutrition. The players are being given specific things to consume before, during, and afternoon training to help in their performance and recovery, and they have also received instruction on how to best fuel their bodies morning, noon and night.
