Purchase a subscription in the new year

Sometime in the summer or fall, I took down the subscription link in the header because 1) it hadn't been used for a while, 2) it was breaking the design on the iPhone, and 3) I wasn't all that thrilled with the work product. Since the start of the New Year, I've had a couple requests to make donations to the site, and for me that's reason enough to put it back up.
