Manchester United scored 5 wonderful goals against a hapless Wigan Athletic to draw level on points with leaders Manchester City on a busy afternoon of Boxing Day. Ji Sung Park opened the scoring in the 8th minute before Berbatov made it 2-0 before the break. Conor Sammon was sent off for a wild attack on Carrick's face.
