Lack of cultural awareness no excuse for Suarez


The Uruguayan outrage at Luis Suarez's eight-game ban proves just how far they are behind England in eradicating racism.
Suarez is alleged to have called Patrice Evra a Negro during Liverpool's game against Manchester United on 15th October. He and his fellow countrymen claim that the term is not offensive when used in Uruguay.
