EXCLUSIVE: FA statement on Luis Suarez's Fulham charge...

At the end of the Fulham game recently, Luis Suarez made an 'obscene gesture', allegedly in the direction of the crowd. In January 2010, Gary Neville was photographed making an obscene gesture at Carlos Tevez. Suarez was charged; Neville wasn't, which seems unfair. As such, I contacted the FA to find out why Man United's Neville escaped a charge, or if indeed he was even investigated.
