Africa: Uganda claim CECAFA Cup for the 12th time
Uganda have won the CECAFA Cup for the twelfth time as they needed the drama of a penalty shoot-out to overcome the challenge of Rwanda in today's final.
Uganda became the cream of east and central African football again following a game in which all of the goal scoring action took place in the second half of normal time.
