KENNY DALGLISH blasts: "I don't know how they can justify it...!"

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish has slammed the FA for appealing against Wayne Rooney's three match ban. The Man United striker received a straight red card for kicking Miodrag Dzudovic during England's recent 2-2 draw with Montenegro, and his ban was today reduced to two games after an appeal from the FA.
