Convey Option Offically Declined - Available In Re-Entry Draft

Teams have until December 1st to decide on options, but the San Jose Earthquakes already told Convey he's not coming back. Phase One of the Re-Entry Draft would be at his option number (between 0-10% of his 336k 2011 contract). Phase Two is at any number the acquiring team can negotiate.
